• Place an order (This can be faster than sending in the reply card.)
• Check on the status of an order
• Decline/accept the Selection of the Month
• Received an unordered/unwanted selection
• Received a flawed selection
• Received a selection with a broken jewel case - request replacement jewel case
• Request change of preferred music category
• Request your address be removed from Mailing Lists going to outside companies
• Going on vacation - Request that account be suspended until return
• Request to be placed on the "positive option" plan
• Other questions or problems
• Cancel membership
